How I work
Here are a few examples of the responsibilities I managed and how I approached them in my own leadership style.

People Management
I’ve incorporated the L10 approach into my management style to create structure, transparency, and accountability across my team. Each week, I conduct wellness checks to make sure everyone feels supported—not just in their workload, but in their overall well-being. I firmly believe that when people feel heard, valued, and truly listened to, the quality of their work improves dramatically. Beyond day-to-day management, I build quarterly and annual goal plans designed to keep skills sharp and relevant while also encouraging personal and professional growth. This approach has helped foster a culture of trust, continuous learning, and genuine engagement within the team.

Project Management
As a project manager, I was responsible for overseeing projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring every phase stayed on track, within scope, and aligned with client and business goals. I built detailed project plans using tools like Monday.com and Wrike, facilitated internal and client kickoff meetings, and maintained consistent communication to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. I coordinated cross-functional teams, assigned tasks based on strengths, and monitored progress through weekly check-ins and milestone reviews. When challenges arose, I focused on problem-solving and process improvement rather than blame, helping the team stay focused and motivated. My goal was always to create clarity, remove roadblocks, and ensure that each project not only met expectations but strengthened collaboration and efficiency across the team.

Hiring
When hiring new team members, I focus just as much on personality and team fit as I do on technical skill. I believe that a strong, collaborative culture starts with people who communicate well, support each other, and bring positive energy to the group. I’m always willing to train someone who shows potential, curiosity, and the right attitude—skills can be developed, but character and teamwork are invaluable. Over time, this approach has led to a high success rate in employee retention, with most of the individuals I’ve hired growing into confident, capable contributors who stay with the team long term.

Onboarding & Training
I’ve developed structured onboarding plans for new hires that guide them through their first day, first week, first month, and first year with the team. Each phase is designed to build confidence and familiarity—starting with orientation and basic setup, then moving into hands-on learning, collaboration, and personal growth goals. I schedule regular training sessions and make a point to personally check in throughout the process, encouraging new team members to ask questions freely and often. My goal is to create an environment where people feel supported, comfortable seeking clarity, and empowered to contribute early on. This approach consistently helps new hires integrate smoothly, build confidence, and quickly become valuable, engaged members of the team.

Process Improvement
I’ve always viewed processes as living and evolving systems that should adapt as our work and team dynamics change. Improving workflow doesn’t always require dramatic overhauls—sometimes small, thoughtful adjustments can make a big difference. I approach process improvement as a collaborative effort, encouraging open feedback from the entire team to ensure that the most pressing concerns are identified and addressed with a clear plan for resolution. Everyone’s perspective holds value, and by working together, we can uncover blind spots and design solutions that truly fit how we operate. Through this inclusive approach, I’ve helped create smoother workflows, stronger alignment, and a culture where continuous improvement feels natural and shared.

Thought Leadership
I’ve had the opportunity to share my experience and insights through webinars and blog posts focused on current trends in eLearning. As a webinar speaker, I’ve discussed topics such as emerging technologies, instructional design strategies, and ways to integrate AI into modern learning solutions. My goal is always to make complex ideas accessible and actionable, helping others in the industry stay informed and inspired. In addition to speaking, I’ve written blog posts that explore similar themes—offering practical advice, reflections from real projects, and thought leadership on how learning continues to evolve in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
