My process typically begins with analyzing learner needs and collaborating closely with subject matter experts to define clear objectives. From there, I design interactive storyboards, build modules using tools like Storyline, Rise, and Lectora, and ensure every course aligns with both instructional goals and accessibility standards. I also integrate voiceover, video, and animation to enhance engagement and retention. Beyond development, I track analytics and learner feedback to continuously refine and improve the experience. My goal with every course is to blend creativity with strategy—delivering learning that’s not only informative but memorable and impactful.
